Micromax A89 Ninja is a sleek phone powered by a 1 GHZ dual core processor. It comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and expandable memory slot. It has a TFT multi-touch display of 10.1 cm ( 4 inch ). We should not forget the 3MP camera that allows you to record videos or take pictures.
This article will explain how to root Micromax A89 Ninja with Bin4ry’s rooting tool.
1. Go to Settings>>Development>>USB Debugging and check USB debugging to activate it.
2. You have to install the driver for your Micromax A89 Ninja. You can download them by clicking here ( 500 KB ).
3. Download and extract Bin4ry’s rooting tool ( 4.2 MB ).
4. Connect the phone to the PC using its USB cable. Please note: Do not enable USB tethering or USB Storage because your phone will be detected by Bin4ry’s rooting tool.
5. Double click RunMe.bat file in the Bin4ry’s root tool folder
6. In the command prompt that appears on the new window, make the appropriate choice.
7. Press RESTORE and the phone will reboot.
8. When you get the message that the flashing is complete, disconnect the phone.
9. Reboot. If the phone restarts and finishes booting process it means it is rooted.
